About Sumba Property
Property Sumba is a land owner and development company. We have scouted the island of Sumba for over a decade in search of stunning beachfront and sea-view properties. We currently own scores of spectacular beachfront and sea-view properties; most are located on the windward (south) coast of the island.
Some people use the term real estate and land sales interchangeably.
Land is defined as the Earth's surface extending downward to the center of the Earth and upward to infinity, including permanently attached natural objects. The definition of Real Estate includes everything in the definition of Land, plus all things permanently attached to it naturally or artificially.

The island is characterized by rolling hills, savannahs, and pristine beaches, making it a unique destination for nature lovers and adventurers. Sumba is also famous for its traditional villages, where thatched-roof houses and megalithic tombs reflect ancient customs and animist beliefs that are still practiced today. The Pasola festival, a traditional ritual involving horseback jousting, is one of the island's most celebrated events, attracting visitors from around the world.
